You'll enjoy a tent like none you’ve ever seen before! 

The inside of your tent will include:

• floor
• rugs
• beds
• lamps
• bed linens 
• chairs
• heating & A/C unit (depending on the weather)
• electricity outlets for charging your devices
• Keurig coffee maker with (4) K-Cup pods & (2) Timberline Glamping coffee mugs (available for purchase)
• mini fridge

The outside of your tent will have:

• a large gravel site
• (2) hammocks
• charcoal grill with cooking grate
• wood fire pit
• picnic table
• string lights

If you are staying in one of our Retro RV's, expect all of the same luxuries our tents have inside & out! 

Please note that we have removed all cooking utensils, glassware, plating, etc for the health and safety of our guests. 

All bedding is included, but towels and bathing supplies are not. 

Due to the sensitivity of RV restrooms, toilet paper is provided.

• Lighters or Matches (if you plan on having a fire or using the oven in a Retro RV.)
• Food and anything needed for food preparation (including but not limited to: paper plates, utensils, grilling equipment, paper towels, cooler with ice, pots and pans)
• Drinks / drinking water (We supply four Timberline Glamping Co. coffee pods)
• Your favorite people
• Flashlights or lanterns for any walks away from the site
• Firewood and fire starters (Both Firewood and Firestarter can be added on to your stay and be waiting for you when you arrive to your site)
• Sunscreen
• A good book
• Your favorite family game or a deck of cards
• Water toys for the lake (Rentals can be added on to your reservation)

You may check in to your glamp site at 3pm. Check out time is 10:00am.

There is a bathhouse with restrooms and showers just a very short walk from our sites (maintained by the staff at the campground)

Cancellation policy without insurance:

• Guests who move or cancel their reservation more than 30 days in advance of check-in will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
• Guests who move or cancel their reservation 15-30 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund.
• Reservations are non-refundable or transferrable to a new date 14 days or less of your check in. You can instead gift your standing reservation to a friend or family member.
• Timberline Glamping Co has multiple locations, owned and operated separately. If you would like to move your reservation to another location, you will need to cancel your original location and rebook at the new location. We do not have the ability to transfer reservations to other locations. Cancellation policy will apply.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to amicalola@tlglamping.com. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
• If Timberline Glamping Travel Insurance is not purchased, we do not cancel and refund reservations due to rain, thunderstorms, or illnesses.

Low-cost cancellation policy and what it covers:

• We recommend protecting your trip at the time of your booking by adding Timberline Glamping Travel Insurance.
• Timberline Glamping Travel Insurance protects your trip in case of inclement weather or any illnesses that might arise.
• You may add Timberline Glamping Travel Insurance later as long as it is still more than (14) days from your reservation. To add it on, send us an email: amicalola@tlglamping.com

The Fine Print for Timberline Glamping Travel Insurance:

• You must email amicalola@tlglamping.com to cancel or move your reservation prior to 3pm EST the day before your reservation for a refund.
• All email requests for cancellation, or moving of your reservation, must be received prior to 3pm EST the day before your reservation for a refund.
• If you cancel after 3pm EST the day before your stay, you forfeit your deposit.
• Must Have (1) Timberline Glamping Travel Insurance Policy Per Accommodation.
• Timberline Glamping Policy is Non-Refundable or Transferable.

We find it is better to properly set the expectations for everyone before they come Glamping. You will have a very comfortable bed with proper linens. You will have places to sit, places to eat, and places to charge your phone. You will still be able to wake up and have a fresh cup of coffee from a Kuerig Coffee Maker.

We do provide heaters in the winter and air conditioners in the summer, but remember this is a tent with a canvas exterior. The heating and cooling will be just enough to take the edge off, but will not have the same effect of a home. In the summer months, we recommend keeping the doors and windows closed during the day and the canvas doors open at night to let the summer breeze in. In colder weather, it is imporant to bring warm clothing.

Most Importantly, you will have a chance to re-imagine the world around you as you make special memories with family and friends.

We love our furry Glampers! Just add the pet fee for each pet in the add on section at check out or send us an email letting us know ahead of time and we will get that added.

We just ask that you do not leave your pet alone in the tents at any time unless properly crated. You are financially responsible for any damage that is done to our accomodations by your pets.

Sometimes it rains. All of our tents are waterproof and have additional rain guards to ensure you still have an enjoyable experience. In fact, we have been told by guests that experiencing rain in our glamping tents is a great experience.

We do not cancel reservations due to rain, thunderstorms, or illnesses.

We do recommend protecting your trip at the time of your booking with Timberline Glamping Travel Insurance in case of inclement weather or any illnesses that might arise. We do not cancel reservations due to rain, thunderstorms, or illnesses. Adding TLG Travel Insurance is easy, just select it as an add-on when making your reservation. You can also add it later as long as it is still more than 14 days from your reservation. If something comes up, there are no long forms to fill out...just send us an email. The Fine Print: Must Cancel or Move reservation prior to 3pm the day before your reservation for a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours (After 3pm the day before your stay), you forfeit your deposit. Must Have One Policy Per Accommodation Non-Refundable. 

Yes you can, you can take any of the items sold in our online store home with you and we will charge the card on file. You can also just give us a call or send us a text of the items that you like and we deliver them to your glampsite. When in doubt just give us a call.

We do have a lost and found, any item that is left behind will be placed in Lost & Found and remain there for 14 days. On the 15th day, any item left behind will be taken to our local donation center. If you left something behind, we are happy to mail the item back to you and charge the card on file for shipping and packaging (if needed).
